Refund policy

Items will be accepted for return and credit under the following arrangement:
* Book must first be approved for return and credit before being sent back to us.
* Returns will only be accepted when they are in unused and undamaged condition.
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the returner.
* All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee.
